While we do not impose hard limits on resource usage, we reserve the right to throttle or limit builds that appear to be abusive (e.g., hundreds of builds per hour, builds designed to provision excessive infrastructure for purposes unrelated to legitimate product development).

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of HyperLev and your deployed products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA), industry regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX), and export control regulations.
HyperLev does not certify that generated code meets any specific compliance standard. If your use case requires regulatory compliance, you must independently verify that your deployed products meet all requirements.
